Darkness once again
settles in over the city streets of Paris. A lone sentinel
stands guard high atop the cathedral’s spires. The coldness of
the gargoyle’s stony skin awakens Nicole from her blank stare.
The
Geo-Justice League , what once
was a bright flame against tyrannical forces that plagued the earth
and its natural resources; has now been reduced to a mere flicker,
represented only by a single member,
Nicole Harrison. For four long
weeks,
IONIS and his evil minions have
held mother earth ransom, plunging her into complete darkness by
blocking the electromagnetic energy of the world’s satellite
systems. All international marketplaces have come to a complete
standstill.
In a desperate attempt to dismantle IONIS’s devices, the
Geo-Justice League has dispatched four of its premier members to
the farthest geographical points on the earth to locate the
transmission devices. If anyone were to scramble the ionosphere and
troposphere, it would most likely originate from these points.
Ruffian is sent to the
northernmost point on land, Kaffeklubben Island, north of
Greenland.
Bajac is dispatched to the
easternmost point on land. To the balmy sun-drenched beaches of
Caroline Island, Kiribati.
Pyromania is sequestered to the
southernmost point on land. The frozen wasteland of the geographic
South Pole.
And
Animalia is placed in the
westernmost point on land. Attu Island, Alaska.
Four weeks have also passed since anyone has heard back from the
dispatched members of the Geo-Justice League. Nicole is suddenly
startled by a knock at her apartment door. Weapons drawn, Nicole
cautiously makes her way to the door. Glancing down she spies an
envelope that has been shoved under the door. Inside the packet she
learns the fate of her Geo-Justice colleagues. IONIS has sent her
his
trophies of war, the bloodied
tracking badges of her fallen friends, with a cryptic riddle
message attached to each. The remainder of the letter is an
invitation to Geo-Woman to a final showdown of sorts between IONIS
and herself. To the victor goes the spoils, global domination or
liberation of the earth. The battle lines have been drawn and now
it is only a matter of deciphering the riddles to find the final
coordinates.

Solve all four of the one word answer riddles. Count the number of
letters in each word and perform the following math to find the
correct coordinates:

A lone headlight pierces the blackness of the night. As Nicole
shifts her Ducati into third gear, she goes over the riddles and
final coordinates again in her head. Kicking the bike now into
fourth gear, the divider lines quickly begin to blend as one.
Nicole is now certain of her final coordinates and of her
destiny.
