Cliffhanger Cache Mallorca

Der Cache liegt zwischen Porto Colom und Cala Ferrera direkt am Meer. Der Platz ist über kleine ungeteerte Strassen zu erreichen. Diese führen durch die raue und für Mallorca typische karge Insellandschaft. Speziell bei diesem Cache ist vorerst nicht nur das Finden der Box selber, sondern dass man erst einmal die richtigen Wege findet, um überhaupt in die Nähe des Caches zu gelangen.
Wenn du ein Jeep "oder einen Mietwagen" hast, kannst du sehr nahe an die Zielkoordinaten fahren. Für alle anderen ist ein kleiner Fussmarsch von ca. 10 Minuten in Kauf zu nehmen.
Möglicherweise kann der Cache auch über die Klippen von Porto Colom aus erreicht werden. Das habe ich jedoch selber nicht ausprobiert.
Für alle die mit einem normalen Auto liegt der Startplatz bei "N 39°23.654 / E 003°14.842" Hier kann man dann einige Beispiele von Fahrzeugen bestaunen, die den Weg bis zum Cache leider nicht geschafft haben. Geländegängige Fahrzeuge können problemlos bei "N 39°23.826 / E 003° 15.106" parkiert werden. Von da aus sind der Cache und ein garantiert wunderschöner, touristenfreier Ort in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Spezielles Schuhwerk ist nicht erforderlich; alles von guten Sandalen an aufwärts sollte reichen. Du brauchst auch nicht durch irgendwelches Gebüsch zu kriechen; bei warmem Wetter sind daher also Badehosen genau richtig.

The cache is located between Porto Colom and Cala Ferrera, directly at the sea shore. You will get to this place on small gravel roads. They will take you through the wild and sparse landscape, typically for Mallorca. The primary challenge with this cache is not the retrieval of the box but more so to find the right paths/roads leading to the vicinity of the cache.
If you’re driving a 4x4 “or a rental car”, you will be able to drive very close to the final coordinates. Otherwise it is approx. a 10 minutes’ walk.
It might also be possible to access the cache by hiking over the cliffs of Porto Colom. I have not tried this myself yet!!!
Hunters driving regular cars can park at "N 39°23.654 / E 003°14.842". There you’ll be able to see a few examples of cars that have not managed to make it to the cache’s location. 4x4s can be parked at "N 39°23.826 / E 003° 15.106".
From here the cache and a beautiful and guaranteed tourist-free spot can be reached within a few minutes.
Hiking boots are not necessary; solid sandals are sufficient. Since you won’t be required to crawl through bushes and shrubbery, a bathing suit is the ideal outfit.

El escondite esta situado entre Porto Colom y Cala Ferrera directamente al borde del mar.
El lugar es asequible por caminos estrechos de tierra. Estos te conducirán por paisajes aridos, tipicos de Mallorca. Especial de este escondite no es el hecho de encontrar la caja, sino poder dar con el camino apropiado que le lleve a uno a las inmediaciones del escondite.
Si estás al volante de un jeep de doble tracción o has alquilado un coche, puedes acercarte con tu vehiculo a las coordenadas finales. En caso contrario sera una marcha de unos diez minutos.
Otra posibilidad es también la de alcanzar el escondite pasando por las peñas de Porto Colom. Esto ultimo yo no lo probé.
Aquellos que van con el coche pueden estacionarlo en el lugar con nr. 39°23.654 / E 003°14.842. En este lugar se pueden observar los coches que no pudieron llegar hasta el escondite. Los coches de doble tracción pueden estacionarlos en el nr….. El escondite y un hermoso lugar totalmente libre de turistas, queda a pocos minutos de este lugar.
Botas especiales no son necesarias, tan solo unos buenos calzados son suficientes. Tampoco sera necesario trepar o atravesar zones llenas de arbustos. En caso de buen tiempo un traje de baño seria lo más indicado.
