Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
Be clever like a fox and follow him into the nice woods of the
Taunus region!
The coordinates given above are not the cache coordinates!
You will get the Coordinates of the starting place when you solve
this Sudoku.
How to solve a Sudoku:
Put the numbers from 1 to 9 into the empty fields but make sure
that
in every row and in every column and in every of the 3x3
fields,
each number occours exactly once!
If you solved it you will know where to start.
Starting coordinates:
N 50 F6 A3 . G4 E7 I9
E 08 D6 G4 . F8 A8 E2
There you will find a place for your car and some signs. One deals
with "Radwege"
To find Stage 1 you need:
Delta N= (km of Verbindung Ma... - Fa…)*10+7
Delta E= (Höhenmeter of Verbindung Ma... - Fa…)+(km of
Verbindung Ho...-Fa...)+2,5
Search Stage 1 at:
North of start position+Delta N
East of start position +Delta E
At a later Stage the coordinates will lead you directly to a
sign!
Look at the sign and calculate the following:
W=Km to BHF-Kr...
M=last Number of [Fa...+Hoh...]
Next stage can be found at:
N 50 13.[W-A5][M][M]
E 8 27.[A5][W+1][D7]
It is strongly
reccomended to take a print-out of this description and the solved
Sudoku with you on the trail!
You might find a piece of paper and a pencil very usefull as
well!
Be prepared for a signifikant hike. It took me about 2,5 hours just
to walk the trail (without hiding...) So you might need upto 5
hours depending on your fitness, intelligence and searching
abilities. :-)
And don't forget to bring enough trading items with you! You will
have the chance to trade more than once if you just go for this
cache!
Last but not least:
- Don´t miss the
Foxstone Bonus Cache right beside your trail!
- and the
Bacon Head Cache will offer a good way back to where you came
from!
Happy caching!
P.S: Stage descriptions are in german only! So it is recommended
for native english speakers to pick up a weird German speaking
person that does not fear to acompany a crazy geocacher in the
lonesome woods! :)
P.P.S: Thanks to weihbischof for his permission to use the original
cachename!
