Geocache Description:

A quick and easy Kids and Family-friendly cache, in the 2,600-acre Crow-Hassan Park Reserve!

Cache Details

This cache is hidden in a neglected section of the Crow-Hassan Park Reserve. There are plenty of caches on the North side, and now here's your chance to take a quick walk on the South side!
Location, Parking, and Access

If you're looking for a nice long hike, you can get to this one along the trails from the main parking lot, before or after finding the others in the park - there's even a hiking trail "rest area" along the way. But if you're in a hurry or have the young 'uns along, you can also park at the South trailhead at N 45° 09.806 W 093° 38.129, and enjoy a short .20-mile trek along a well-defined trail directly to the cache location.

You're looking for a rather large 1-gallon Tupperware box, hidden within easy reach of our 4- and 6-yr old children's little hands. There's actually a much cooler hiding spot on the same geobeacon, but the cache wouldn't fit and our kids couldn't quite reach it! I recommend leaving the trail early, just a bit North of the cache, for easier access...if you take the shortest route in you'll find alot more thorns and brush in your way. The cache starts out stuffed to the brim with small toys, hand-selected by the 'Noles kidlets from their own personal collection. As always, have fun and happy hunting!
