Although the cache page is long, it's a pretty easy puzzle. It just
takes some time to walk the reader through all the steps.
Update 9-17-06 It appears that the cacher with the most finds, 2
Down, has changed, and may change again. You should still be able
to solve the puzzle, though.
Update 11-17-06 The MNGCA president has changed. Make sure you find
the 2006 president. Also, added some hints for some of the harder
questions. They may be spoilers...
