Just below the Clyde dam lookout below a rocky outcrop surrounded by thyme.
The Clyde dam lookout is easily accessed by car from the top of the hill overlooking Clyde in Central Otago. A short easy walk down a fourwheel drive track takes you about 50m to a rocky outcrop below the lookout.
In the cache are a NZ 2c coin, a screwdriver, a piece of a computer ship wafer, a spanner, a 1983 calendar (advertising Russian newspapers), a computer chip, and a French Franc. - along with a notebook, pencil, and sharpener.
