If you find a log sheet inside a
baggie stuck in the wall, that is not the cache. Please
remove it if you find it. The cache is in a black
container.
This is my first cache on the Fun Side of the River® (as King
Boreas calls it), so I tried to make it extra fun!
Go to the waypoints shown below before approaching the
cache. You're looking for a micro cache, about the size of an
altoids tin, but thinner. Note terrain rating.
You might want to bring:
- flashlight / headlamp (required)
- not-so-nice clothes
- not-so-nice shoes
- caching buddy
You do not need to get wet, except maybe the soles of your
shoes. But you might get wet anyway; I can't make any guarantees.
When opening the container, be careful not to let all the coins
fall out. Feel free to discover all the coins, but please do not
take more than one coin without trading (though I prefer if you
take as many coins as you leave). Coins in slabs or in baggies will
probably not fit. Don't forget your coin(s) in the car, like so
many have done! Good luck!
