 Tämä ensimmäinen Niipperin kätkö on kolmiosainen multi, jonka tarkoituksena on hieman esitellä lapsiperheille sopivaa pientaloaluetta pohjois-Espoossa.
Maastoluokitukseen tulee yksi tähti lisää pelkästään pisteiden etäisyyksien takia. Varsinainen maasto on 1.5-2.

Ensimmäinen piste löytyy golfkentän viereiseltä tieltä. Paikalla ei ole purkkia, mutta koordinaatit kakkospisteelle löytyy.
2013 alueelle tehtiin isoja muutoksia, uusia teitä ja pellolle rakennettiin siirtolapuutarha. |

Toinen vie Niipperin ehkä ainoalle "nähtävyydelle", omalaatuisen tyylikkäälle talolle joka on lisäosia myöten (parveke, portti, muurit..) rakennettu mukulakivistä.
Tässä sinun pitää löytää ison portin oikeanpuolisesta pylväästä sana, joka on numeron yläpuolella. Laske sanan arvo, jonka saat niin että a=1, b=2, c=3 jne. Eli esim. sanan "talo" arvo on 20+1+12+15=48.
Koordinaatit saat kaavasta:
N60° 17.(arvo * 8,95)
E024° 44.(arvo * 6,41)
Pyöristä tulos lähimpään tasalukuun. |

Viimeinen ja varsinainen kätkö on kooltaan small ja löytyy eräältä kukkulalta. |
Matkaa kertyy 2.5-4 kilometriä, riippuen reitistä ja kulkuneuvosta. Autolla pääsee kätköjen lähelle, mutta kolmannella rastilla (laillista) parkkista ei ole.
Toiselta etapilta pääsee enimmän matkaa polkuja (alkaa n.120m tietä eteen/alaspäin) pitkin kolmannelle, ainakin jalkasin. Itse ajoin kerran sen pyörällä, mutta polulla olevien liukkaiden juurien takia matka ollut järin mukava. Polulla joutuu ylittämään myös muutama kapea oja.
Tämä sopii myös lapsille, mutta ei kaikkein pienimmille.

This first cache in Niipperi is a three stage multi, which idea is to show a little well suitable area for small-children families in north-Espoo.

Second stage takes you to maybe the only "sight" in Niipperi, extraordinary stylish house, which has been constructed using cubical stones, including the balcony, the gate, walls etc.
Here you need to find a word, which is in the right pilar of the big gate. It's the one top of a number. Count the word's value, like this: a=1, b=2, c=3 etc. For example the word's "house" value is: 8+15+21+19+5=68.
You can get the coordinates from following formula:

Round the value to the closest even number. |

The last container is small-sized and locates top of a cliff. |
Travel distance is about 2.5-4 kilometers, depending the route and your geovehicle. You can get very near the hides with a car, but legal parking is not available in the third stage.
From the second leg you can use a path, at least when walking, which takes you most of the way to the last hide. It starts 120m road ahead/down. I tried it with a bike, but because a lot of slippery roots on the path, it wasn't quite enjoyable. There is also few narrow ditches to cross over.
This is suitable for childrens too, but not for the youngest ones.
