Geocache Description:

A mystery cache based around a fine Victorian station on the North Norfolk Railway.

Muddle and Go Nowhere is the nickname given to the Midland and Great Northern Railway, who operated the line from the Midlands to Cromer in North Norfolk. The section between Cromer and Sheringham is still operated by mainline railway operator, whereas the Sheringham to Holt section is now in preservation by the North Norfolk Railway. This cache is located close to the middle station of the route, which houses all the engine and maintenance sheds.

The above co-ordinates take you to just to the south of the station. There is a small car park in the station yard, and the railway ask for a small donation to park there. Alternatively you may be able to park by the roadside nearby. You can usually gain access to the station to solve the clues, or better still take the steam train from Sheringham or Holt. You should be able to solve all the clues even if the station buildings are closed. You will then find the cache about 10 minutes walk away.
