Geocache Description:

I love urban micros, so it was only natural to hide one.

The container is made with appropriate urban camouflage and contains only a log, so you will need to bring a writing instrument. I'd never been over one of these before the day of the hide, even though I've been under this one at least twice a day, every day for 15 years. If you wave, they will wave back or possibly honk. And if you do wave, no one will wonder why you're just standing around up there.

Access to this area is open to the east and west, and there is parking on nearby streets. Alleys in Minneapolis are a public right of way.

To explain the cache name: Elvis is another of BobboTeam's nicknames, and its after Costello, not Presley. Oh, and in response to a question from ScubaAl, the cache name was the title of a song by Mojo Nixon with Skid Roper. Here's the refrain:
