Der Col des Planches (1411 müM) verbindet auf 21km
Länge die Stadt Martigny mit Sembrancher. Auf beiden Seiten steigt
die Strasse teils sehr steil an. So hast du beispielsweise ab
Martigny nach 8 km Fahrt nur etwa 2 km Luftlinie zur Stadt! Auf
oberhalb des Dorfes "Chemin" windet sich die Route durch herrliche
Alpweiden, durchsetzt mit Lärchen.
Auf der Passhöhe gibt es ein nettes kleines Restaurant.
Col des Planches (1411 m) connects the city of Martigny with
Sembrancher. The length is 21km. On both sides the road is partly
pretty steep. Having driven about 8 km from Martigny it's only
about 2 km straightline of it! After the nice village of "Chemin"
the road winds up through beautiful alpine meadows covered with
nice larches.
On top of the pass theres a little restaurant
