This is a really quick one in the west of Otjiwarongo. Park nearby the above coordinates and look at the steamy old lady Locomotive No 41.
As the original filmbox has been stolen, please take a photo of you and Lok to log it online. Logs without a photo will be deleted. Update 28.06.2017 a micro container waits in the cabin under your feet. Photos still appreciated.
Background information: Locomotive 41
At the train station stands Locomotive 41, which was manufactured in 1912 by the Henschel company of Kassel, Germany, and was brought to Namibia to haul ore between the Tsumeb mines and the port at Swakopmund. It was retired from service in 1960 when the 0.6m narrow gauge was replaced with a 1.067m gauge.
Small note on cache maintenance: Many thanks to Xpedition.co.za for the new nano container in the cabin, magnetic (Difficulty 2)" for his great support.
