Tichá dolina je najdlhšou dolinou Tatier. Je 17 km dlhá a vedie nou pekná cyklotrasa. V roku 1991 bola v tejto oblasti vyhlásená NPR s rozlohou takmer 6000 ha, ktorá má chránit posledný súvislý kompaktný a v podstate neurbanizovaný celok v Tatrách s vzácnou flórou( mnoho endemitov a reliktov) a faunou. Najmä velké šelmy  (vlk, rys a medved) potrebujú na prirodzený vývoj väcšie a kompaktné územie.

Dnom doliny vedie z Podbanského žlto znackovaný chodník 8851, ktorý koncí na Kasprovom vrchu. V severnej casti sa tento chodník spája s cervenou znackou 0931, ktorá vedie z Hladkého sedla Zadnou Tichou a pokracuje Tomanovskou dolinou do Tomanovského sedla.

V Podbanskom nasadnite na bicykel a vyberte sa po žltej hore Tichou dolinou (10 km). Pri rázcestí s cervenou znackou odložte bicykel a pokracujte peši po cervenej až do Tomanovského sedla (necelé 4 km). Tam, na hranici s Polskom je ukrytá skrýša.

Z Tomanovského sedla sú pekné výhlady na Cervené vrchy s Kasprovým vrchom a Svinicou, alebo do Polska na Kominiarski wierch.

Prístup je možný aj z Polska viacerými cestami. Žial, prekrocenie hranice nie je oficiálne možné.

Skrýša je prístupná len pocas turistickej sezony od 15. juna do 31. oktobra. Mimo tento termin je chodnik uzavrety!

The cache is hidden at the border line between Slovakia and Poland in Tatra National Park. The cache is accessibe from Slovakia and also from Poland.

From Slovakia:

It is on the end of the longest walley in Tatra mountains. Start point is "ZLTA". The yellow marked way leads you through the Ticha walley. The way is suitable for bicycles. From the point "RAZCES" it is necessary to continue by walk along the red marked trail up to to the saddle of Tomanovske.

NOTICE: The way from Slovakia is accessible only in the period from June, 15th till October, 31st!

From Poland:

The way to the cache leads through the Koscielisko walley, which is  considered to be the most beutiful in Polish Tatra.

Use parking place at Koscielisko. Then continue by the green marked way through the walley. By the way you can visit cave Mrozna (with entrance fee of 3 Zloty) or cave Mylna with another cache.

At the point "DivRed" it is necessary to change the colour of the path to the red trail to the saddle of Tomanowa, where the cache is hidden.

This way is accessible during whole year.
