Vuoden 2006 asuntomessut pidetään Espoon Kauklahdessa
14.7.-13.8.2006.
Vanhan kyläkeskuksen lähelle nousee turvallinen ja lämminhenkinen
asuinalue,
jossa käsityöläisperinne yhdistyy tulevaisuuden tiiviiseen ja
pientalovoittoiseen rakentamiseen
Kauklahden 13 hehtaarin messualue sijaitsee noin 20 kilometriä
Helsingistä länteen.
Kehä III:n ja Turunväylän kupeessa sijaitsevalle alueelle pääsee
helposti myös paikallisjunalla rantarataa käyttäen.
Ensimmäistä kertaa messujen historiassa paikalle voi saapua
junalla kaikkialta Suomesta.
Kauklahden messualue on Espoon kaupungin näyteikkuna
pientalovaltaiseen asuntorakentamiseen,
joka tulee jatkumaan lähivuosina Kauklahdessa sekä Espoon
keskuksen ympärillä.
Kätkö on helppo peruskätkö messualueen välittömässä
läheisyydessä.
Sen etsiminen ei vaadi pääsylipun ostoa.
This summer’s 2006 Housing Fair will be held in the small town
atmosphere and scenery of Kauklahti in Espoo
between th 14.7.-13.8.2006.The fair area has been constructed as
an integral part of the development of Kauklahti
as a community centre, whilst respecting both the area’s local and
cultural history.
The 13 hectare exhibition area is located in Kauklahti, some 20
kilometres west of Helsinki,
alongside the Turku Highway, the Ring Road III and the railroad.
The Finnish Housing Fair 2006
is the City of Espoo's showcase for residential development with
its predominance of detached houses.
This is the trend in Kauklahti and around the Espoo Centre for the
future years.
