Geocache Description:

Coffee can

The coordinates listed are the cache coordinates.

There are closer parking places but using them might require crossing private property and Cooper Creek.

The Coordinates for parking are: 44 08.027N 086 24.133W

There is about a .4 of a mile walk to the cache. You are looking for an ammo can that originally contains several Hot Wheels cars and a TB. This cache is so named because someplace west of the cache (I’m not sure how far), I carved those initials in a poplar or beech tree in 1966. Please let me know if you find them! And for those of you who need to know the rest of the story, we broke up in 1969 but remain best friends to this day!

There is a trail north of the one to the cache that leads to the Lake Michigan beach that is entirely on National Forrest land.
