This Travel Bug Hotel, located almost with view to the Acropolis of Athens, is a first class establishment for your travel bugs. It is meant to be easy to find, and easy to combine with a visit to the sites and a few other very nice micro caches in the area, so that you can easily find somewhere to leave your TBs even if your visit to Athens is not long.
When you get to the cache coordinates, you will notice the water way cut through the rock in ancient times. Very near that, there is a naturally formed tablerock, with an opening (see spoiler pics). The cache is a tupper box placed through the opening under this tablerock. A couple of large rocks seal the opening. The cache is placed inside a plastic bag. This is to protect it from the rain that may come into the hole. Please seal it carefully when replacing it.
This is a travelbug hotel. The rules are:
* No trade items in this cache, only TBs.
* You may log your find even if you don't wish to leave/take a TB
* You may visit this cache as often as you like to leave/take TBs; only the first visit should be a find, post a note for all subsequent visits.
* If your TB doesn't have its goal attached, it's a good idea to write it down in the cache logbook.
And a couple of suggestions (not rules):
* Try to trade TBs, not just take them.
* Try not to leave the cache empty of TBs.
The above are just suggestions of course; if you can help the TBs along, by all means do so. This is a TB hotel, not a prison!
