This is the last cache in a circular walk
This is the last in a series taking you on a circular walk round Hadlow.
When this was first placed you were required to have found 1-3 and get details from those caches in order to be able to find this - however this has now changed. Although still a multi and requires you to go to another location, it means you don't have to have found the other 3 to find this one
Instead - In order to find this you will need to go to another location (which is on the route from cache 3) and work out a simple bit of algebra in order to get the co-ords for the final cache
At N51 14.029 E000 21.422 (which is on the circular walk coming from cache 3) you will see a road name
take the first part and call this ABCDEFGH - using the letters of the road name and converting to numbers the cache can be found at :-
N51 D . H (B-G) (B-D-E) E000 (B+C) . (G-F) (D-E) (A-G)
You can find the four caches as a walk or individually, though this was laid while doing a 5 mile circular walk taking in the villages of Hadlow and West Peckham – throughout the walk there are many good views of the countryside though restrictive in that there are many stiles to cross the footpath network is not the best kept – some stretches can be very wet and muddy.
The above co-ordinates are for the village green at West Peckham and not for the final cache.
