It is 25 minutes on foot from JR Amagasaki Station.
In a small park, the Kanzaki river which is a border of Osaka and Hyogo flows near here. I do not see a river from here.
I should see a flowing monument of water in a park.
Please stare at the grass of the right-side end of the monument.
