The Chords listed bring you to an interesting spot. The tower used to be a traffic tower in Newark, it is now a speaker tower
Look on the tower for the year it was rebuilt.
add the first and last digits, and subtract it from 240 this gives a new North Chord.
For the new West Chord, add all four digits, multiply this number by 2, then subtract this from 918. plug the new numbers in and go for it.
