Located in the Botanic Garden of the National Botanical Research Institute, Windhoek at 8 Orban Street. The Institute is open on weekdays only, from 08:00 to 17:00. As there are a few trails in the garden, take the Lily walk that will guide you to this cache. The terrain is easy to walk, but be aware of some areas where you will have to step over mica rocks that occurs in the path. Over looking the quiver trees, this spot is occupied by rock hyrax (dassies).
A small brown tin box, with a black snake on the lid. Similar to the cache found at Kudukuppe. We hope that the snake will help control the rock hyrax since they have become a pest in the garden. The contents are a spider man, car and spin toy, pen and log book. A note is also supplied explaining what this container is all about. Please replace it in the box after you have read it.
