Park at the Russell A. Sorenson landing and use the well marked trails. Trail could have a little mud on it at times. As you view the Minnesota River recall the days of ship building across the river at Port Savage. The navy built large oil tankers and floated them down the rivers to New Orleans. The ship building yard employed many people from the Bloomington area.The cache is a short walk, approx. one quarter mile. Container is 12 inches long and please re-hide as well as found, thanks. Pencil and log book inside, may be room for t-b's.
