How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Short hike across a field and up a wash if you are afoot.

We were walking our dog, Snowy, not too far from "her" cache and decided this would be a another good place for a cache. We were heading for another place we thought would also be a neat place and ran out of steam in the hot afternoon - which is not a good time to go to this one. It isn't a microcache but it isn't a very big and you will need to take your own graphical impression instrument.

Please try to return it to pretty much the way it was when you found it.

I am pretty sure this cache is located on State Trust Land. The State Land Department has no problem with this activity, but we ask that participants know the following: A Recreation Permit is required to legally access State Trust Land. These permits are easily obtained by phoning (602) 364-ASLD. Remember to stay on established roads and avoid any destruction of the natural resources.
