Geocache Description:

Public open space behind Barlow and Scotland schools includes a trail (yellow) that follows the Titicus River for a short way. Cache is not far from a wooden bridge that crosses the river.

My kids have enjoyed coming to this spot to throw sticks from the public wooden bridge into the river. The river varies from a gentle flow in summer to an exciting rush after a heavy rain. Depending on your approach, the bridge may be situated beyond the cache site. There is also a smaller private bridge not far from the public bridge to look at but not to use. This general location is nice to come with children on a weekend, as they can enjoy the various playgrounds in addition to geochaching.
