In Tower Park. Park on the street. The park is flat.
I always called this park Water Tower Park as a kid, not knowing the real name. I have a childhood friend who lived a block away. Lo and behold, my name for the park was a little too long! Please use stealth, as the park is pretty wide open. The cache may be inaccessible after a heavy snow. Be sure to find the benchmark here, and log it in. It is benchmark QO1500, and you can't miss it!
