1. Find or place a cache within the boundaries of each page of the Mississippi DeLorme Atlas & Gazetteer. All cache types count as finds or hides for the DeLorme Challenge. If a page overlaps into another state, then the cache must be within the State of Mississippi. Caches on the sub-pages do not have to be found, only the main pages, however, a cache on the sub-page will count towards the page it is a sub-page of.
2. Generally accepted rules, guidelines and conditions for logging a cache find apply. These must be bona fide caches listed on Geocaching.com that you have personally (physically) found and logged. You may include caches found or hidden prior to the creation of The Mississippi DeLorme Challenge, but not before October 29, 2003.
3. Remember all caches logged, or placed, must meet the guidelines of geocaching.com, All caches must be bona fide caches logged, placed and maintained by you. No vacation caches please.
4. After completing the challenge you will need to send me a list of the caches found or hidden so it can be verified the challenge has been completed. I will then send you the coordinates to the final cache and log book.
There will be two FTF prizes, a very, very nice prize will be for the cacher who completes the challenge using only caches found from the day this cache is approved, another also nice FTF prize will be awarded to the cacher that uses previously found caches as noted above. Each additional finder will also receive a prize and their name on the MS Delorme Challenge Plaque, to be displayed at events statewide.
