Located just of the Gondola point Arterial, this little "island" was created when the new highway cut it off from the "mainland"
Cache is a green and black ziplock container, containing a the requisite logbook and cache stash note, as well as some traders.
I've driven past this funny little point of land for years, but only hiked up recently. I was impressed with the old growth softwood forest as well as the geology of the spot. Hopefully it will remain an "Island" of wilderness in the ever-expanding subdivisions of Quispamsis.
