There is a cycle track running along the valley so access to the
valley is easy and there are a lot of park benches. Access to the
cache itself is 'off road' and not suitable for buggies, bikes,
etc.
This Cache is the replacement for the Muggled
Newhall Valley cache which has now been archived
The Cache is in a matt green ammo box
There are a lot of dog walking Muggles in the valley, but there
shouldn't be walkers by near the cache!!
The Opening Contents of the cache are:
- Camera, please take a picture place back in sealable bag and
drop onto the log the number of pictures left ! There are 12 Shots
on the camera.
- Cork
- Pink star paper clip (Never taken from Newhall Valley
Cache)
- Pine cone(Never taken from Newhall Valley Cache)
- Scoobie (Never taken from Newhall Valley Cache)
- Orange Care Bear
- Little Miss Naughty
- whistle
- Car
- Skate board
- Dice with numbers on (Never taken from Newhall Valley
Cache)
- Winne the Poo Audio Book
- Toy Story 2 CD-ROM
When you find the old burnt out car (this valley used to
be full of them until they turned it into a country park, it looks
like they missed this one, as I cant see any path as to how it got
there !)you are on the right track, please be aware there is some
broken car window glass around on the floor by the car (not the
cache) so keep dogs or kids away !!!
Update !!
The car and the others that where hidden around this area have
all been removed, lots of tractor size tyre tracks around, but the
cache is fine and still hidden, have renamed the cache from Rovers
Demise (was sort of a tribute to the company aswell as the car) to
Rovers Demised !!
Enjoy
The improvements to this vally continue and a new board walk
(see image in gallery) has been added across some of the boggier
land, this now make access to the Site from 2 directions easier, so
you can now get to it from the top of Sir Alfreds way./p>
