First Cache in Moldova Traditional Geocache

The cache is located in a park in Chisinau, near a lake. It is a popular walking place for local citizens. The site is located beneath thick forest cover, so honing in on the location in the summer can be difficult. Note carefully the clue; if you get the general area there is probably only one possible location.
The cache has been disturbed and removed several times, but now someone else (not jeffkc, the original cacher) has installed a cache on the same site which people are finding. I continue to be amazed and pleased that the cache is being maintained by unknown persons, 18 years after I placed it. Watching from my home in Seattle, thank you to whomever is doing the maintenance--it is clear that a lot of geocachers are getting enjoyment from finding it.
