50 yards from a bridal path through light woods at Twin Lakes County Park in Eastchester, just off the Hutchinson River Parkway.
This is located near reservoir #3 at Twin Lakes County Park in Eastchester NY, not far off of the Hutchinson River Parkway. There is one main path around the reservoir (about a 30 minute walk) and a network of smaller paths north of the reservoir. In addition to hiking, you can go horseback riding and fishing. You'll want to start in the parking lot that is part of the riding stable. The trail head is on the east side of the north end of the lot. The cache is contained in a 5"x5"x12" fishing tackle box and intially has a good range of items from $1 to $20, about 10 minutes from the parking lot. Please leave something of equal or greater value. Thanks and enjoy this new location.
