On what is recognised as an official local footpath and viewing area.

In order to avoid going over private land, I need to suggest that you park in the following location: N48°24.270 W001°21.004. From here if you look across the road, which is fairly busy so please be careful, you will see a tree lined avenue. Walk down this avenue to the following coordinates: N48°24.557 W001°20.995. Once you reach this point you will be at the correct starting point of the footpath.
