What an area. Una Bella Vista!
Out near the entrance to the Cape Recife Nature Reserve is a small parking area. From there you can find a trail leading through the dunes with red arrow markers. Stay on trail, so as to not disturb the plant life, and you will come to ground zero.
Enjoy the walk, bring some liquid, and some binoculars if you like to look at birds.
