Geocache Description:

At the Danube River close to the city of Novi Sad

N 45 15.072 E 019 51.872 Again (July 2023)... as ozolerk,Family Skywalker & saarcraft stated in July 2023: somehow the small box disappeared, or has -again- gone on a legitimate holiday.. So... first set to "virtual", everything is still the same, But: if you want to sponsor a new film can or anything else, preferably with a stamp on it ;-)! If so, send message to me and a quick pic. Until then, it remains a "virtual cache", and will continue to be discovered with pleasure. enjoy, XRS / WWF [Note in 2012: "DEAR GEOCACHER COMMUNITY. SINCE THE FIRST CACHE WAS ROBBED, THE CACHE WAS DEACTIVATED QUITE A WHILE. A NEW SITE, VERY CLOSE TO THE OLD ONE WAS FOUND, AND A NEW CACHE, NOW A MICRO, POSITIONED. THE TASKS REMAIN THE SAME, JUST A SLIGHT MODIFICATION OF THE OLD FORMULA. JUST USE THE EXPLANATIONS BELOW AND YOU SHOULD FIND IT EASILY. WATCH OUT, THE SPOILER PICTURES SHOW THE OLD SITE, BUT WILL GIVE YOU A VERY GOOD IDEA ABOUT THE NEW LOCATION AS WELL.... and now, after Peg54321's help to reactivate Novi Sad Cache number 1 in feb 2012, there's a new pic of the hole where it is!! GAME ON!] MODIFIED TEXT: The starting point is N 45° 15.072’ E 019° 51.872. Here you can park your car, if you have one. Right there you will find a hand pump. With how many bolts the pump is mounted on the slab? The answer is A. Take a little walk around this beautiful location and go to N 45° 15’078 E 019° 51.693 (10 min). Have a look on the bridges crossing the Danube. The one what was destroyed during WW2 was never reconstructed. How many pillars that carried the bridge still remain? The answer is B. Go to N 45° 15’217 E 019° 51.667. You stand in front of a clock tower. The year of construction is CDEF. The cache is now located at N 45° 15'.[E-B]BF E 019° 51'.[Ax2]CF Good luck
