Viitapohjan kylä sijaitsee kauniilla paikalla noin 30 kilometrin
päässä Tampereen keskustasta. Suomen ainoaksi vuonoksikin nimetty
Paarlahti päättyy Viitapohjan kylään. Viitapohjassa sijaitsee yksi
Tampereen parhaista kiipeilypaikoista (Mustalaisvuori), kätkö
esitteleekin tämän paikan. Sinun ei kuitenkaan tarvitse olla
kiipeilijä löytääksesi kätköä. Kätkö on turvallisen matkan päässä
jyrkänteen reunasta, mutta olethan silti varovainen liikkuessasi
talvella tai märällä kelillä. Kiipeilystä kiinnostuneet voivat
tietenkin valita jonkun haasteellisimmista reiteistä. Kiipeily on
kuitenkin kielletty keväällä kesäkuun alkuun asti lintujen
pesimisen takia. Kätkö on saanut nimensä yhden kiipeilyreitin
mukaan.

Village of Viitapohja is situated in beautiful area about 30
kilometers from centre of Tampere city. Paarlahti, which is named
to be Finland's only fjord, ends to Viitapohja village. On
Viitapohja there you can find one of the best climbing walls in
Tampere region (Mustalaisvuori). The cache is hidden somewhere
there. However, you don't need to be a climber to find this cache.
You don't need to go near the edge of steep to be able to find this
cache. Stil be careful especially during winter or when the ground
is wet. If you are interested in climbing you can naturally go
through harder terrain and climb your way up to the cache. Please
note that climbing is forbidden from spring to early June, because
of bird nesting season. The cache is named after one of the
climbing routes.
