JaKr: Další naše keš byla zničena. Nesl jsem novou krabičku a logbook, ale vlastní keš jsem nenašel. V krátkém čase byla většina našich keší v Břeclavi zničena. Zdá se, že je někdo úmyslně a systematicky likviduje. Nebudeme je obnovovat. Děkujeme všem slušným kačerům za jejich návštěvu.
Other our cache was destroyed. I carried the new container and logbook, but I didn´t find own the cache. In a short time was the majority of our caches in Břeclavi destroyed. It seems that someone is deliberately and systematically destroys. We will not renew it. We thank to all decent geocachers for their visit.

Židovská ctvrt v Breclavi se nalézala jižne od hlavního námestí. Dochována zustala synagoga a budova bývalé židovské školy, dnes Lichtensteinský dum.
Starou synagogu, znicenou v roce 1643 Švédy, nahradila v letech 1671-1672 nová. Nesolidní stavba se ovšem v roce 1697 zrítila a na stejném míste byla od základu vystavena nová svatyne. Tato budova však ve druhé polovine 19.století již nestacila rostoucím prostorovým nárokum obce a v roce 1868 ji nahradil nový templ, porízený nákladem starosty Davida Kuffnera. Celé pulstoletí sloužila synagoga jen ke skladovacím úcelum. V letech 1997-1999 prošla celkovou rekonstrukcí a nyní je využívána ke kulturne-spolecenským úcelum.
Židovský hrbitov se nachází severne od hlavního námestí. Založen byl pravdepodobne po polovine 17.století. Jeho stárí dokazuje nepravidelný tvar a prevýšení nad okolní terén. Východnímu rohu hrbitova v blízkosti vstupu vévodí majestátní hrobka rodiny Kuffneru. Spolu se stavbou bývalé obradní síne a domkem hrobníka, tvorí jedinecný celek vzácné estetické pusobivosti. V osmdesátých letech 20.století byl težce zpustošen, avšak mesto Breclav jej dalo pocátkem devadesátých let opravit.
Uvedené souradnice Vás privedou k synagoze. V dlažbe okolo synagogy je 7 stejných litinových poklopu (viz.obrázek). Výchozím bodem další navigace je poklop, který leží nejvíce na západ. Nyní je treba nalézt bránu židovského hrbitova, která je od tohoto bodu 0,444´ severneji a je vzdálena 823 m. Výchozí bod je 0,466´ jižneji a brána hrbitova je o 0,061´ východneji od cache.

The Jewish Quarter in Breclav was situated to the south of the main square. Extant continue the Synagogue and Jewish elementary school, now Lichtenstein´s house.
The Old Synagogue was destroyed in 1643 by the Swedes and replaced by the New Synagogue in 1671/1672. However, this poorly/made building collapsed in1697 and new sanctuary was erected on the same spot. However, by the sekond half of the 19-th century this building proved too small to hold all of the then increased population of Jews and in 1868 it was replaced by a new temple financed bz the mayor, David Kuffner.For es much es fiftz years the Synagogue was used as a storage place. From 1997-1999 it underwent komplete reconstruction and is now used for cultural and social purposes.
The Jewish cemetery is situated to the north of the main square. It was probably foundet after the mid-seventeenth century, as can be concluded from its irregular shape and elevation from the adjacent ground. The eastern part of the Cemetery, next to the entrance, is dominated bz the majestic tomb of the Kuffner family. Together with the former ceremonial hall and the house of the gravedigger, it forms a unique complex of rare aesthetic effect. In the 1980s, the Cemetery was heavily damaged, but the town of Breclav had it repaired in the early 1990s.
Shown coordinates brings you to the Synagogue. In a stone block paving are 7 same covers from iron (show a picture). Point of departure next navigation is this cover, what is mostly on the west. Now it is necessary to find an entrance (gateway) to the Jewish cemetery what is from this point 0,444´ more to the nord and 823 m away. Point of departure is 0,466´ more to the south and the entrance to the cemetery is 0,061´ more to the east, from cache.
