Library Learning #3 Traditional Geocache

This is another cache in the Library Learning Series. Cache #3 is a simple micro hidden within a short distance of the Noel Wien Library in downtown Fairbanks. As this is a high traffic area, please watch for muggles and replace the cache exactly as you found it.
