Multicache with two stations. The coordinates of the cache (2nd stage) are given on the 1st stage (coordinates given above) on a small metal plate.
The highest peak of the hills around Budapest is the Nagykopasz (560 m). There was no view from the plateau – until now. In August 2005 the new and nice formed wooden tower has been completed and from the top of the tower there is a very nice panorama.
You can reach the tower from different directions on foot or by mountain bike. One of the many possibilities is from the bus stop “Erdeszhaz” on the road between Budakeszi and Telki (N 47° 31,779' E 18° 52,159' 300 m) on the green triangle marked tourist path. An other easy way is from the church of Nagykovacsi (N 47° 34,553' E 18° 52,727' 340 m) on the green stripe and after one and a half km on the green triangle marked tourist path.
The 1st stage (coordinates given above) is a small metal plate on a tree, 1.75 m high, close to the tower. The coordinates of the 2nd stage (the really cache) are given on this small plate. The cache (a cylindrical metall box) is 400 m away from the tower in a bigger hole between trunks of a tree. If you don’t want to cross dense bushes, go from the 1st stage to the West until a lighting and there turn to the direction shown by your GPS.
