Cache is in a clear plastic jar which is being replaced with a new water-proff container 8/9/18. Original contents were a cross made by a local craftsman, a Cozumel frog, a Cozumel palm souvenir, a greenfrog thimble and some Scuba O-rings.The log is electronic when you enter your find.. Another Travel Bug will be added August 9, 2018.
Best time to look is mid-day to late night, plan to stay a while and enjoy!! The Coords are a bit off due to the amount of trees around the site; inside and outside. If all else fails: The Coords for the entrance are N20 31.197 W 86 56.678; go East about 60 feet. Have fun here, we'll be jealous knowing you are there and we're back home.
Small note on cache maintenance: The owner of the property, Gerardo, will maintain the cache for us, he is very interested in the site and will watch it closely. However, we are down there about every other year also scuba diving.
Would appreciate new coord's from someone as we understand many of the trees now gone from hurricane and site had to be moved; so may be able to get closer numbers. Thank you. Send to Kendebra@aol.com Would someone send us a picture of the waterproof jar ( it should be a clear jar with the GeoCashe sticker on the outside) . It seems by recent posts that it has been changed out or replaced. Thank you. kendebra@aol.com
