This cache is located between Ivalo and Inari along the highway 4.
Tämä on Rest Stop of Pirkanhovi kätkön larva-kätkö.Tämä kätkö on luotu erityisesti geokätköilevien lapsiperheiden automatkojen taukoja varten. Tarkoituksena on saada lisää helppoja lapsiystävällisiä kätköjä mukaville pysähdyspaikoille ja huoltoasemille.
Alueelta löytyy matkamuistomyymälä ja kahvila sekä leikkipaikka lapsille. Myös täällä asusteleva Otto-nalle juttelee mielellään lasten kanssa. Karhunpesäkivelle johtaa portaat, jotka jatkuvat kiveltä vielä näköalapaikalle.
Maasto parkkipaikalta kätkölle nousee jyrkästi ja on aika kivistä. Helpompi tapa on nousta alkumatka portaita ja poiketa maastoon vasta lähempänä kätköä.
This is a larva-cache of the cache Rest Stop of Pirkanhovi. This cache is especially targeted for geocaching families who make long drives with kids. The goal of this cache is to get more easy caches placed in nice rest stops and service stations.
There are a souvenir-shop and cafe and also a play-ground for children in the area. Otto-bear lives here and it likes to talk with children. There are stairs to a bear´s cave and to a sightseeing-place .
Terrain is steep and quite rocky, so it is easier to walk first by stairs, when you go to the cache.
