This geocache takes you to the fertile leafy grove of Framnäs Udde, a Nature Conservation Area. The cache is near the frontier of the Area.
Oak, hazel and many other decidous trees and bushes are usual here. In autumn you can pic nuts. Although you can find old oaks that could contain plenty of caches this one is not in an oak.
If you have time you can walk to see more of the nature, and perhaps also (five) Bronze Age graves (in east). It is told that the Vikings (& al.) used to drag their boats over Framnäs. Elk, white-tailed deer, bagder, red fox, racoon dog and lynx are great mammals living in this peninsula.
In a rock beside the path, almost 50 m from the cache and almost 200 m from bus road, you can try to read the inscription about Nature Conservation.
With bicykle you can reach some 30 m off, (with canoe some 40 m if you can find the inlet to Lillsjön,)but if you are driving car you had better leave it at the swimming beach 0.4 km to SE. The bus to Bromarv will stop at Framnäs 0.5 km to E. Only the last 20 m to the cache are steep. (The terrain rating perhaps too high?)
