Geocache Description:

I have lived in Cupertino most of my life. I have watched the hillsides near Stevens Creek Reservoir and Rancho San Antonio get eaten up by two separate quarrys since I was a kid. I think this is rather unfortunate. I wish there was something that could be done to stop this. These areas are so beautiful and should be left alone. You would be amazed at how different these places looked 20 years ago.

The cache is an ammo can located near Stevens Creek Reservoir. There are lots of things to do up here, hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, and fishing to name a few.

You could do this as a drive up cache if you wanted. Use caution when retrieving the cache. There are rattle snakes up here.
