This traditional cache is hidden near the summit of Gösseck, with 2214m elevation a respectable mountain near Trofaiach.
Expect a minimum elevation gain of 1300m.
There are several ways to reach the summit/cache, none of them includes the use of a car/motorcycle, so dont expect a 'drive-in'-cache.
Free parking can be found at N47°26.153' E014°57.273, at N47°25.641' E014°56.698 you should pay one euro, but you will gain 100m of elevation. From there, follow the marked trail southwest.
If you don't want to stay in the vale, you can turn left at N47°25.989' E014°55.947' and take the way over the 'Rumpeleck-Jagdhütte', this will reward you with nice views from the ridge.
After getting the cache, i recommend to take the way south over Kahlwandspitze to Kammern (fantastic views), or return through Bechlgraben.
Another approach starts with free parking at Kammern, i.e. N47°23.669' E014°54.341' and following the marked trail to Gösseck.
No matter which approach you will take, i suggest to take a map of the area with you.
