This is an International Cache
Exchange. An International Cache Exchange is where two people

Cross the fence at the sign. This is the start of a walking
track that can take you over the hill and down to Cleghorn Street
at the top of North East Valley.
Once you've found the cache, take a few minutes to admire the
view about 30 metres East.
