Paikka: Iin Alaranta, Meripelastusasema Ii, Suomi.
Place: The Sea Rescue Station of Ii, Finland.

The coordinates of the page get you to the notice board. Leave your vehicle here. You can see the high pipe vein near that place. Go to the pipe vein and find a plate on it. There is three years in that plate. Take those years and make some calculation.
The first year, oldest, was the year when 'Kestilän Saha' was established in this place. That was first finnish steam saw-mill.
The second year show the area map in that year.
The third year show when that plate was attached on that pipe vein.
Now you can calculate the final coordinates:
(The second year) - (the first year) = XX. The first digit of that number is A and the second digit of that number is B.
(The third year) - ( the second year) = C.
The final coordinates are:

E025°19.442 + (B + C)
You can go to the cache by foot. The cache is in the area of Sea Rescue Station of Ii and have their approval.
The 'godfather' of the cache is JMA from Sea Rescue of Ii.
