Not quite wheel chair accessible so a 1.5 rating. Easy stroll.
This is a park that has nice views and is dog friendly. It can be busy with dogs and people right after work hours. We were there on a Saturday just after noon and had the place almost to ourselves. Bring the pooch for cover!
