I stared somewhat in disbelief as I read the message above taped
to the bottom of my coffee mug as I sat outside the Barstuck's Coffee
Emporium. I recognized the quote as coming from the Gospel of Thomas, but
what it meant I had no idea. The second line obviously referred to a
section of the newspaper, which I was holding in my hand. I quickly
thumbed through the sections and to my amazement found the following cryptic
add:

The first part I recognized as a datum format for GPS users . The third part I did a Google on, and
found the answer I needed there. The rest of it I was unsure of. I
showed the add to a friend of mine the next day. He gave me some insight
to the fourth part, and apparently the distance referred to in the last clue was
in a form of medical terminology.
The following day I made my way out to the coordinates at the
top of this cache description. What I found was both puzzling and just a
bit scary. Using the information in the second clue, I entered what I
thought was the correct "bridal chamber". With a device alluded
to in the third clue I made my way across the cold hard surface in a clockwise
fashion. To my amazement, a series of six numbers became apparent at
the height referred to in the fourth clue. With trembling hands, I
substituted the six numbers for the last three digits of the North and West
coordinates of the first clue. A relatively quick search of the area
revealed a box. I opened the box and found a laminated instruction card inside. I read the instructions, wrote
down the additional information I needed and deposited a logbook, pen, cache note, and a few
trinkets for trade items back in the box.
Back at my car I found the following note under my windshield
wiper with the Illuminati symbol stamped on the outside:
Congratulations,
You have completed the second test. We will be in
contact again when another task is ready.
