Placed at Ramapo Reservation (NJNY trail map 22). About a 1 miles hike from the trailhead taking the blue trail. Cache is about 100 feet off trail at a rocky outcropping.
While hiking in Ramapo Reservation I was carrying an ammo can in my backpack so I thought this would be a good spot to place a cache. New Jersey's first cache is near by, this one is #10762
Parking is available off Rte 202 at:
N41 04.663 W074 11.242
Cache is a 30 cal ammo can with an assortment of goodies hand-picked and traded from other caches. There is also one of my Avroair was Here! signature geocoins. Please replace the cache similar or better than you found it.
The coordinates may be a little soft (25ft) due to jumpy reception. Also, check out the nearby bear cave across the hollow.
