Chasing The Dragon Mystery Cache

This mystery cache, in 2 parts, takes place around 2 iron age forts not too far North of Exeter. If I’ve planned it right then any person ought to be able to complete it, just! lateral thinking and rudimentary maths is all that’s required (Millionaire its not, however!) No external research is necessary, all the information required can be extracted from within this text.
Legend has it (if our ancestors are to be believed) that each of these forts had a well into which farmers would offer jewellery or other riches to placate the God of harvest to ensure good crops the following season. It is said that a dragon was employed to protect these offerings, and with a clear line of sight between the 2 forts the dragon could spot any person trying to extract the treasures and would fly over and attack the intruders.
It is even believed by some today that the dragon still patrols the six kilometre stretch between the 2 forts, so if any of our fellow cachers even consider taking their metal detecting gear, be warned the dragon will be watching you! The few treasure hunters that have returned, all returned awestricken, gibbering wrecks ranting on about the dragon of the forts.
Co-ordinates above do not refer to any part of the cache, just to a random point in between. Before you venture out you will need the exact co-ordinates, its pointless going out before you’ve established them,( they are in the form:

Gps reception can be a little ropey under the trees so there’s a clue to the first micro below.
Don’t panic if you struggle i probably would too!
Having found the micro you’ll need to answer some taxing geocache related questions, so make sure you’re genned up (hehe!)
If you should hear a flapping of wings while you’re out, look up, it just might be the dragon!
