In Finland the legendary Route 66 (kantatie 66) from Orivesi to Lapua presents an exquisite route from Häme to the middle of Southern Ostrobothnia.
A country music band called 'Jussi & The Boys' made the Finnish version of the original 'Route 66' song. The 'Route 66' caches are set on the roadside to those placed which are mentioned in the song. The caches are tried to place so that it won't take unreasonably time to find them and they all could be found even by one drive through. As a hint there is a number in every cache. Write down the numbers and formulate new coordinates of them. Using those coordinates you can then find the main cache: Route 66 - Pohojammaa.
Suomessakin legendaariseksi muodostunut 'Route 66' (kantatie 66) välillä Orivesi - Lapua tarjoaa hienon reitin Hämeestä keskelle Etelä-Pohjanmaata.
Jussi & The Boys teki tunnetusta kappaleesta "Route 66" suomalaisen käännösversion "Valtatie 66". Kätköt on sijoitettu tämän tien varteen niille paikkakunnille, jotka tässä laulussa mainitaan. Kätköt on pyritty laittamaan siten, että niiden etsiminen ei veisi kohtuuttomasti aikaa ja ne kaikki voisi löytää jopa yhdellä ajamisella.
Jokaisessa kätkössä on vihjeenä numero. Ota nämä numerot talteen ja muodosta niistä uudet koordinaatit.

THIS CACHE:
There is a good parking place. There is also the memorial stone of "War of Finland" near that parking place, in coordinates N62°45.016 E023°31.332. The cache is placed to "Tulliportti" ('Customs Gate'), that is 'a gate' which consists of two big stones. Through that gate the Russian army took over almost all cattle from local people during the war.
This is a small cache having objects to exchange. To prevent unveiling of this cache, please put the cache as it was and be aware of geomuggles around!

Tällä p-paikalla sijaitsi aikoinaan Kuhapirtti, mutta se on jo purettu pois. Pihan laidalla on myös Suomen sodan muistomerkki, koordinaateissa N62°45.016 E023°31.332.
Kätkö on Tullinportissa, joka on kahden suuren kiven muodostama portti p-paikan lähellä. Tämän portin kautta Venäjän armeija takavarikoi lähes kaiken paikallisen karjan itselleen sodan aikana.
Kätkö on pieni purkki, jossa on myös vaihtoesineitä.
