For all you Pain In The Cache fans (Allez Comp, TrailHound, Yeolwoodsman to name a few), here is the first of three new caches in the series. Thanks for your emails of support for the series -- ENJOY!
For those of you who have done others of the Pain In The Cache series, you know the drill. I have found another great monument that I want to draw you to where you will need to find a clue. That clue will help you calculate the final location.
This is a MICRO. It only contains a log and a pencil.
I really like the monument that this cache starts with because it is unusual, features an element that was so important to the town and was made of a local material. As I hate so see this type of dedication go unnoticed, this is a great stage 1.
You need to find the dates when this particular element was used. It is stated in a range of years so look for a set of two four digit years (_ _ _ _ - _ _ _ _). These become the ABCD EFGH numbers you need to solve the clue.
The coordinates for the final location now become:
