The seven grail cups

This cache can not be found without first solving the puzzle in #5-- GCMWZ4 Sangrail . Only then will you have the correct coordinates to find the 6th and final hiding place of of your six cache quest.

A myth is history colored by emotion and modified by transmission over time. King Arthur and the Holy Grail inhabit one of the most potent of mythical realms. It serves as a backdrop for dreams, dusted off from time to time, and overlaid with the political and emotional struggles of the time.

The image of the Grail, as the cup of Christ, was popularized by such writers as Sir Thomas Malory in his "Morte D'Arthur''. It is however not the only object that has been linked to the Grail. It has been claimed that the Grail is not a physical object of any type but is a blood line or even a spiritual ideal presented in metaphor. Despite (or perhaps because of) its elusive qualities, the Grail has held and continues to hold a great fascination. The Grail promises mystery, secrecy, adventure and the obtaining of a prize or knowledge available to all but found only by a few.

There are the seven "grail cups" included in the cache as a first through seventh finders prize. Everyone has different taste, so choose accordingly. The woods used are : (from bottom left clockwise) Ash (claimed March 20, 2005 by Deermark), Ambrosia Maple (claimed March 20, 2005 by Kepnfit), Box Elder (claimed March 25, 2005 by SherpaRon), Osage Orange (claimed March 4, 2005 by Shaggy of Mysteries Inc), Osage orange (claimed March 25, 2005 by Li'l AL), Dogwood (claimed March 20, 2005 by daggy), and the center is Australian Banksia Pod with turquoise inlace (claimedMarch 4, 2005 by Daphne of Mysteries Inc.).

While the prize cups have all been claimed, the pursuit still continues and the challenge of the quest along with the vistas offered by this seldom seen area of Southern Indiana is now the prize. GOOD HUNTING

Expect that your feet and possibly ankles will get wet. Also be prepared for slippery surfaces and boulder climbing.

Do not attempt to access this cache from the top. Park North East of cache site, near river,  and hike in.
